NOR Amendment #4

Section 9 – replace 9.3 to correct time of post-race festivities 9.3 The time of the First Warning is scheduled for 1100. The first start will be at 1105. Festivities and awards will be held at BHYC immediately following the race.

NOR Amendment #5

Section 11 – 11.2 and 11.4 are modified as follows: 11.2 If the race is shortened, results will be calculated using the standard PHRF Time on Distance formula. 11.4 Ties will be broken in strict accordance with RRS Rule A7.
