Welcome to the 2020 Bakers Light Time Trial Information page.

The Bakers Light Time Trial is a self-timed ‘Round the Island’ style distance practice. Boats sail a predetermined course, at their convenience, and record their own start and finish times which will be posted on Regattaman.  The Bakers Light Time Trial can be run at any time during the specified period…you pick the day, wind, tide conditions, crew and beer. The idea is you can use this as your family sail, practice your shorthanded racing, or whatever. Competitors are encouraged to make as many attempts as possible at setting their best time.
